01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the MOVEON mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by an independent developer based in Spain (hereinafter "we", "us", or "MOVEON").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

02Description of the service

MOVEON is an emotional support app designed to help you get over a romantic breakup and maintain your commitment to no contact. The Service includes:

Certain features may require a paid subscription (see section 6). The app is available exclusively for iOS via the Apple App Store.

The App is not a medical service

MOVEON is an emotional support and motivational tool. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or psychological or medical advice and must not be used as a substitute for professional care.

04Eligibility and requirements

Minimum age

Use of MOVEON is restricted to persons aged 17 or over, in line with Apple App Store policies and applicable minor protection regulations. By accepting these Terms, you declare that you meet this requirement.

05Licence to use

Subject to these Terms, MOVEON grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited licence to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

06Subscription and payments

Free and premium plans

MOVEON offers a free plan with basic features and a premium plan with full access. Details of each plan are shown in the App Store and within the App before any purchase.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are auto-renewing and managed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. Key points:

All payments are processed by Apple. MOVEON does not store or process any credit card or payment data. Please refer to Apple's purchase terms for more information.

07Cancellation and refunds

How to cancel

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name and select Subscriptions
  3. Select MOVEON and tap Cancel Subscription

You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, use Apple's official channels:

Uninstalling the App

Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it explicitly using the steps above to avoid future charges.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 calendar days. However, by starting to use the Service immediately, you acknowledge that you request immediate provision and understand that, once the service has begun, the right of withdrawal may be limited to a pro-rata refund for unused time. Contact us before the service begins if you wish to exercise this right without charge.

08User conduct

You agree to use MOVEON in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

MOVEON reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Service, without prior notice, in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

09Personal data and privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We recommend reading it carefully before using the Service, as MOVEON collects sensitive emotional data.

Most emotional data you enter (onboarding, daily checks, streak) is stored in your device's secure local storage. You are responsible for protecting physical access to your iPhone.

10Intellectual property

The App — including its code, design, interface, graphics, logos, text, animations, and the emotional pet — is the exclusive property of MOVEON or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The data you enter into the App (onboarding responses, daily logs) is your own. MOVEON does not claim ownership of your personal content and only uses it to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. MOVEON does not warrant that:

Apple note: Apple offers no warranty with respect to the App and has no obligation to provide maintenance or technical support for it.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MOVEON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including damages resulting from emotional or personal decisions made based on App content.

In any event, MOVEON's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €50 if you have made no payments.

13Changes to the service and terms

MOVEON may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer a pro-rata refund for unused subscription time where applicable.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you via an in-app notice or push notification and update the "Effective from" date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any rights that applicable consumer law in your country of habitual residence within the EU may grant you.

For EU residents, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact email for this purpose is 41.bodegas-blindado@icloud.com.

15Additional conditions — Apple

The App is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. The following conditions apply as required by Apple:
