Frequently asked questions

Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → select MoveOn → tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

Open the app and go to the paywall screen. Tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used when you originally subscribed. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll sort it out.

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your MoveOn purchase. Apple typically processes refunds within a few business days.

Streak data is stored locally on your device and cannot be recovered remotely. If your streak reset after reinstalling, this is expected behaviour — the data lives on the device. If it reset unexpectedly without reinstalling, please report it to us with your iOS version and device model.

Most data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. For any server-side data (analytics, subscription history), email us at 41.bodegas-blindado@icloud.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 30 days as required by GDPR.
