Mental health data: MOVEON collects emotional information such as mood, thoughts, and contact urges. We treat this data with the highest level of care. We never use it for advertising or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

01Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how MOVEON ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

MOVEON is an emotional support app designed to help you get over a breakup and maintain your commitment to no contact. It is developed and operated by an independent developer based in Spain.

What we do NOT collect: your real name, email address, phone number, location, photos, contacts, biometric data, or any information that directly identifies you. The app works without a user account.

05Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited cases:

We never share emotional, onboarding, or check-in data with third parties for any commercial purpose.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Not a mental health service

Important: MOVEON is an emotional support and motivational tool. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service and must not be used as a substitute for professional care.

The content and messages in the app are informational and motivational in nature. They do not constitute clinical advice and are not monitored by healthcare professionals.

If you are experiencing a severe emotional crisis or thoughts of self-harm, please contact a mental health professional or your local emergency services. In Spain: 024 (crisis line) or 112 (emergency).

09Children's privacy

MOVEON is designed for people aged 17 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors below that age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the app and provided personal data, contact us immediately and we will delete that information.

In compliance with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we detect a user under 13, we will delete their data immediately.

12Your rights (GDPR — EU users)

As an EU resident, you have the following rights over your personal data:
